Mom came to work with me at the high school library today! She has serious data entry stamina. Except for a 20-minutes lunch break with me in the school courtyard, she worked on one of the library computers for my entire six hour shift! The librarian was out today (her daughter is getting married tomorrow) so I got to wrangle all of the students on my own. Actually, other than some extra loud talking, the are really well behaved. After school we picked up Jack, then after we hooked him up with friends, Mom and I went grocery shopping. We picked Jack up on the way home and discovered that he had been helping his friend get several chickens and roosters rounded up and into a cage! Dinner (a bit cruelly, roast chicken) and a nice relaxing evening.
