Up early, on the trail up the canyon before it got too hot. Ran into some neighbors and got caught up on all the news in their family. Mucked around in my office getting this and that done. Watched Olympics. Went grocery shopping. Watched Olympics. Read to Jack. Not much to report, except that I was very excited for Michael Phelps' mom when he won his first gold medal of this Olympics in swimming and very excited for Dara Torres swimming the 2nd fastest leg out of all the finalists in the 400m freestyle relay. I will mostly be living through other people during the course of the Olympics.
