A fairly tame New Year's Eve. Spent most of the day working in the museum store, taking a break in the afternoon to go see a movie with some good friends. We saw Doubt. Meryl Streep was amazing and we had a great conversation about the movie all the way home. I finished up the project at the museum and came home starving at 5:30. All I'd had to eat all day was a bowl of wheat chex, a banana and two fun size snickers bars from our Christmas stash. Johnny and Benny were hanging out with Jack so Roger and I ducked out to grab a bite. Hamburger and fries. I've gotta get back on some sort of healthy track! Ah, it'll be a new year. A good time to start! We celebrated with fireworks in the driveway.
