I biked Jack to cub scouts this morning then took a turn around the neighborhood and stopped to talk with a few neighbors who were out and about. Early afternoon swimming lessons, then Jack and I swept and hosed down the front steps and walk. Jack had friends in and out all day, and I bit the bullet and started a deep clean and major reorganization of my office. I'm not done yet, but I'm feeling freer already. Ever since we closed the book store, I have felt weighed down by all of the stuff we brought home and that I still need to deal with. I don't want it to weigh me down anymore. As it was getting dark, I decided to take another turn on my bike around the neighborhood and I stopped an talked with a few neighbors who were out and about.
