While Jack was at Cub Scouts this morning, I picked up our preordered copy of the Lego Indiana Jones Wii game. Jack had no less than four friends over during the course of the day to play it with him. He ultimately left the game to build an Indiana Jones inspired temple with Lego. I did tear him away to write long overdue thank you notes for his birthday presents. I was inspired today by my high school friend Wendy who is training for a triathlon. I honored her by making a donation in her name for cancer research and by going on a bike ride. I was also inspired by Barack Obama's speech in which he claimed the nomination for the Democrats. I might honor him by making my first ever donation to a presidential campaign.
