Even though I did many of the the things I planned to do today, it was very different than I expected because I had some company. I took my sweet, spoiled son with me rather than making him go to school today (long story). We went to Jack's school to pick up his homework and ask his principal about something for the PTA newsletter, we went to the museum to take care of a few things, we stopped at the sign guy to touch base on our exhibition sign, we grabbed some lunch at a drive thru, we got to UVU a bit early. I graded papers while Jack worked on his homework. We taught two classes (I had the students do brainstorming activities, so it was actually okay for Jack to be there). We grabbed a snack at a drive thru (I know, I know), then I ran into Robert's to select some sample paper for signage for the exhibit, then Jack and I went to the eye doctor. We ordered contacts for me and glasses for Jack. He's a bit devastated. I am sad for him, but it will be okay. I got glasses in the 4th grade, too. When we got home we found the couch had been delivered! Roger and I hauled it down to the museum and set it up. Then we hauled a bookshelf down. Oh, and I had at least three moments today when I wanted to run away screaming from helping my brother sell his house. By the end of the day I was pooped!
